Role Overview
As the Lead Data Analyst – Complaints/QA, you’ll partner with operational teams to drive data-driven decisions that support scaling and optimizing Wise’s fast-growing product. You’ll collaborate with operations leadership, product managers, designers, and engineers to transform data insights into actionable improvements for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Performance: Provide essential analytics to assess the health of operations and track key strategic initiatives.
- KPI Management: Lead the implementation of the operations KPI framework, monitor team performance, and identify areas for optimization.
- In-Depth Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis on operational metrics and measure their impact on customer experience.
- Collaborative Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making, influencing the team’s direction and future initiatives.
- Data Asset Management: Build and maintain data pipelines to support the operations team with actionable insights.

Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in analytics, specifically within operational team analytics, including capacity planning, forecasting, and efficiency analysis.
- Technical Skills: Advanced SQL skills, experience with Python/R, and building data pipelines using tools like dbt.
- Data Visualization: Proficient in data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) and able to communicate insights through compelling storytelling.
- Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently in highly empowered, cross-functional teams.
Extra Skills (Optional but Beneficial)
- Experience within a Workforce Management (WFM) team or working with WFM teams.
- Familiarity with complaints and quality assurance processes.
Additional Benefits
- Salary: £75,000 – £100,000 per year (based on experience), plus RSUs.
- Hybrid Working: Flexibility to work remotely and in the office.
