🚀 The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Analytics Manager to lead analytics across Wise Business. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with Product and Go-To-Market leads to shape strategy, unlock insights from customer and product data, and accelerate our growth roadmap.

You’ll also lead a team of two Product Analysts—splitting your time between hands-on analytics and people leadership. This is an opportunity to own end-to-end decision intelligence and drive outcomes for a global product suite used in 160+ countries.

📌 What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Product and GTM leaders to define and execute the strategic vision for Wise Business
  • Lead and mentor a team of two high-performing analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with teams across Product, Ops, Finance, Marketing, and Risk
  • Define and track KPIs, providing actionable insights via reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates
  • Build scalable self-serve analytics, data pipelines, and BI solutions using tools like Airflow, dbt, and Looker
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively unlock opportunities that fast-track strategic delivery
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects that directly support business objectives

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years in analytical roles, including advanced data analysis skills (SQL & Python)
  • Strong background in building and maintaining automated reporting and data pipelines
  • 2+ years of experience in team leadership—coaching, performance reviews, and skills development
  • Proven ability to craft and deliver strategic initiatives across complex business environments
  • Sharp prioritization skills and a bias for action—knowing when to go deep and when 80/20 will do
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to push back diplomatically when needed

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience in fintech or B2B product environments
  • Familiarity with GTM strategy implementation and performance tracking

💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: £100,000 – £125,000 (depending on experience)
  • Equity: Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
  • Full benefits package including wellness, sabbaticals, and generous leave policies — See full list here
