🚀 The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Analytics Manager to lead analytics across Wise Business. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with Product and Go-To-Market leads to shape strategy, unlock insights from customer and product data, and accelerate our growth roadmap.
You’ll also lead a team of two Product Analysts—splitting your time between hands-on analytics and people leadership. This is an opportunity to own end-to-end decision intelligence and drive outcomes for a global product suite used in 160+ countries.
📌 What You’ll Do
- Partner with Product and GTM leaders to define and execute the strategic vision for Wise Business
- Lead and mentor a team of two high-performing analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Drive cross-functional alignment with teams across Product, Ops, Finance, Marketing, and Risk
- Define and track KPIs, providing actionable insights via reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates
- Build scalable self-serve analytics, data pipelines, and BI solutions using tools like Airflow, dbt, and Looker
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively unlock opportunities that fast-track strategic delivery
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects that directly support business objectives
✅ What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years in analytical roles, including advanced data analysis skills (SQL & Python)
- Strong background in building and maintaining automated reporting and data pipelines
- 2+ years of experience in team leadership—coaching, performance reviews, and skills development
- Proven ability to craft and deliver strategic initiatives across complex business environments
- Sharp prioritization skills and a bias for action—knowing when to go deep and when 80/20 will do
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to push back diplomatically when needed

- Prior experience in fintech or B2B product environments
- Familiarity with GTM strategy implementation and performance tracking
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: £100,000 – £125,000 (depending on experience)
