Role Overview
As a Senior Product Analyst within the Regional Analytics team, you’ll focus on understanding the needs of Brazilian customers and working towards solving their most critical problems. Your mission will be to ensure that money moves in and out of Wise with maximum efficiency, while scaling the platform for global money transfers.
Key Responsibilities
- KPI Management: Collaborate with Product Managers and other analysts to set key performance indicators (KPIs) for Brazil and monitor the impact of new features.
- Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance the team’s KPIs and develop strategies to continuously improve metrics.
- Analytical Leadership: Lead the analytical efforts for product launches, including forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Influence product decisions by providing actionable insights and presenting compelling data-driven arguments.
- Data Asset Development: Build and maintain essential data assets to support the team in diagnosing issues and understanding product impacts.

Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in a similar analytics role, with a focus on product analytics, efficiency analysis, and experimentation.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, experience working with data pipelines, and hands-on experience with Python/R and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau).
- A/B Testing: Experience with or strong understanding of A/B testing and associated statistics.
- Collaborative: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of the fintech ecosystem and previous experience with funnel optimization.
