About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Manager to lead Product Analytics for our Onboarding Squad at Wise. You will be a key member of the squad’s leadership team, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, and Research, while leading a team of 7 analysts.

The Onboarding Squad is responsible for:

  • The website and onboarding experience for all new Wise customers.
  • The login experience across platforms—ensuring ease of access while maintaining security.
  • Driving customer acquisition through SEO and referral programs.

What You’ll Do

✔️ Drive data-driven decision-making across the squad, ensuring high-quality analytics and experimentation.
✔️ Build accurate and accessible datasets, enabling self-service analytics for internal teams.
✔️ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts—providing feedback, coaching, and career development opportunities.
✔️ Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Research to maximize customer impact and optimize growth strategies.
✔️ Establish clear goals and measurable KPIs, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
✔️ Identify opportunities for growth and implement data-backed strategies to enhance customer onboarding and retention.

What You’ll Bring

🎯 6+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 3+ years leading teams (3+ analysts).
🎯 Strong background in product analytics and A/B testing methodologies.
🎯 Expertise in SQL, Python, and data modeling tools like Airflow and dbt.
🎯 Hands-on experience with event data platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
🎯 Ability to drive insights with small sample sizes and find creative solutions when control groups aren’t available.
🎯 Strong stakeholder management skills—you know how to collaborate, influence, and prioritize effectively.
🎯 Bias to action—you see what needs to be done and take initiative to make it happen.
🎯 A track record of using data to drive business decisions and impact.
