🔍 The Role

We’re hiring a Product Analyst to join our Spend Squad, supporting Wise’s Core Product teams. This role is crucial in ensuring customer transactions—especially card payments—are processed with speed, accuracy, and compliance.

With over 4 million Wise Cards in use across 160+ countries, the data speaks for itself. You’ll deep dive into card transaction metrics, optimize clearing and settlement processes, and contribute to robust month-end reporting that drives critical financial decisions.

📌 What You’ll Do

• Analyze card transaction data to detect patterns, resolve discrepancies, and ensure flawless payment processing
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies in transaction speed and reliability
• Produce accurate month-end reports for finance operations
• Lead data quality initiatives, including root cause analysis and cross-functional issue resolution
• Automate dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to ensure data drives actionable insights

🎯 What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in Product, Business, or Data Analytics (fintech or payments is a plus)
• Strong command of SQL and experience working with large datasets
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker or Superset
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

🌱 Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Understanding of payment systems, clearing/settlement, or reconciliation workflows
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
