Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior People Scientist to join our People Analytics team and drive impactful employee experience insights. The ideal candidate will lead our employee listening strategy and work closely with senior stakeholders to enhance our people initiatives. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape the direction of our People Analytics function and leverage data to drive decisions across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to address key business questions and hypotheses, using consulting techniques to prioritize analytical projects based on impact.
  • Co-design, implement, and administer the employee listening strategy, capturing feedback across the employee lifecycle.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on employee listening, collaborating with People Partners to deploy surveys and ensure adoption across the business.
  • Apply advanced analytics and data science techniques to analyze employee feedback and drive actionable insights for business outcomes (e.g., Customer Experience, Productivity).
  • Build data science and machine learning models to explore the relationship between Employee Experience and business results.
  • Own analytics products related to Employee Experience, ensuring compliance with privacy standards and democratizing data access.
  • Integrate analytical thinking into employee experience initiatives to measure and assess the impact of People-related work.
  • Upskill the analytical capabilities of the People Tribe and interpret People data using self-serve dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Work across the full analytics tool stack, building data infrastructure, integrating APIs, and managing complex data sets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in scoping, building, and delivering impactful people analytics solutions.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex data into compelling stories and actionable insights.
  • Experience in designing and managing complex data assets and using visualization tools to make data accessible.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with senior leaders and work cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R), as well as familiarity with data pipeline management tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, and Airflow.
  • Expertise in advanced statistical methods such as regression, clustering, classification, NLP, and structural equation modeling.
  • Experience applying Machine Learning and AI in HR/People-related fields.
  • Familiarity with survey design, passive listening techniques, and research concepts like reliability and response bias.

Compensation Range: $145,000 – $185,000
