๐ The Role: Vice President, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics AXS is seeking a visionary VP of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics to drive actionable insights, fuel product innovation, and optimize business performance. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will lead a team of BI analysts, web analytics specialists, and data experts to leverage AXS’s vast data assets.

๐ Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute data strategies aligned with AXSโs product vision and business objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business goals into data-driven initiatives.
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐ฆ Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing BI and analytics team.
- Establish best practices for data visualization, analytics, and decision-making.
๐ Business Intelligence
- Oversee the development of scalable dashboards, reports, and self-service BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Enable teams with real-time insights to drive business growth.
๐ Product Analytics
- Optimize customer journeys across AXS.com, native apps, and SDKs.
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to improve conversion rates and engagement.
๐ฎ Data Feeds & Infrastructure
- Manage the development of high-quality batch and real-time data feeds.
- Oversee BI infrastructure, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
๐ง Advanced Analytics
- Implement predictive modeling, machine learning, and customer segmentation strategies.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance personalization and demand forecasting.
๐ Data Governance & Compliance
- Standardize global data structures and enhance analytical capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and SOC 2 regulations.
๐ Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, finance, operations, and sales to drive data-informed decisions.
- Improve data accessibility and reporting automation across the organization.
๐ข Performance Metrics & Reporting
- Define and monitor KPIs related to ticket sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
๐ช What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA/MS/PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years in data and analytics leadership, with 5+ years in a senior role overseeing BI and advanced analytics teams.
- Industry Knowledge: E-commerce, ticketing, or consumer tech experience is a strong plus.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build and align teams with business objectives.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), SQL, and data visualization.
- Communication: Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
