🎯 The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Platform Support Engineer to join our Technology Team. This role is perfect for someone with deep production support expertise, a knack for automation, and strong client-facing skills. You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our Kubernetes-based trading platform.

🔧 What You’ll Do

✅ Provide expert-level production support for our trading platform, ensuring high availability and reliability
✅ Deliver technical support for users of the Trumid UI and FIX protocol integrations
✅ Automate manual processes using Python to enhance efficiency and scalability
✅ Improve and maintain Jenkins & ArgoCD pipelines for streamlined deployment and release automation
✅ Enhance monitoring systems using Prometheus/Grafana for real-time observability
✅ Optimize SQL queries for operational data analysis and reporting
✅ Collaborate with development teams to improve platform reliability
✅ Work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues effectively

🔍 What We’re Looking For

🎓 7+ years of experience in production support or similar technical roles
🔹 Expertise in Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting
🔹 Strong Python programming skills, especially in automation
🔹 Experience with Jenkins & ArgoCD for CI/CD pipeline management
🔹 Proficient in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
🔹 Familiarity with Falcon LogScale, Grafana, and Prometheus for alert monitoring
🔹 AI/ML knowledge to implement practical solutions for operations
🔹 Experience working with AWS/GCP and Terraform
🔹 Solid understanding of trading systems and financial market operations
🔹 Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
