💼 Position Overview
We’re looking for a Cloud Engineer to become the first dedicated AWS Support expert in our Managed Services Team. In this role, you’ll ensure the availability, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure that powers mission-critical UiPath robotic process automation (RPA) environments. You’ll serve as both a subject matter expert and a client-facing consultant, shaping how enterprise automation operates on AWS.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Management: Operate and optimize AWS infrastructure supporting UiPath environments
- Incident Response: Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents with urgency
- Performance Tuning: Continuously improve scalability, speed, and resource utilization
- Security Operations: Enforce AWS security best practices and implement modern security controls
- Client Collaboration: Advise clients on architecture, configuration, and optimization strategies
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with AWS advancements and drive innovation adoption
✅ Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, etc.)
- Working knowledge of UiPath RPA architecture and AWS integrations
- Solid troubleshooting and incident resolution skills in cloud environments
- Excellent communication skills—capable of translating tech to business
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong client-service mindset and consultative attitude
💡 Preferred Skills
- AWS Certifications: Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional
- Additional AWS certs or exposure to Azure/GCP
- Scripting ability in Python or PowerShell
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or service management practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains
