Join our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team within Platform Engineering and play a critical role in scaling and maintaining the stability of our platform for millions of users. This role is perfect for engineers passionate about automation, observability, and building resilient systems at scale.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues

• Actively participate in 24×7 on-call rotation, SCRUM, and deployment planning

• Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and recommend solutions to dev teams

• Enhance observability practices using tools like New Relic, Splunk, or Datadog

• Influence architectural decisions with a security-first mindset

• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation

• Develop scripts, software, or tools to improve delivery efficiency

• Contribute to infrastructure automation using CloudFormation, Terraform, and related IaC tools

🎯 What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years’ experience in Systems Engineering or SRE roles

• 3+ years’ coding experience with OOP languages (Java, .NET, or C++)

• Strong Linux administration and scripting capabilities

• Deep knowledge of observability platforms (New Relic, Splunk, DataDog, etc.)

• Proficiency in AWS core services (EC2, ECS, VPC, Route53, etc.)

• Hands-on with automation tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, Helm, Ansible, CDK a plus)

• Familiar with Kubernetes, containers, Fargate, and microservices

• CI/CD and SDLC process understanding

• Fluent English communication (written & verbal)

• Must currently reside in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, or Mexico
