🧑💼 Position Overview
McDonald’s is looking for a Supervisor, Cyber Security Compliance to join our Cyber Security Compliance team. This individual will contribute to the design, development, and automation of compliance tools and systems. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, automate compliance processes, and support risk management initiatives across the organization. Experience from a “Big 4” consulting firm is a plus, but not mandatory.
🔧 Responsibilities
- Develop automated solutions using coding languages (e.g., Python, SQL) to improve risk reporting, governance, and compliance tasks.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify risks and trends, and apply machine learning techniques to uncover insights.
- Design and optimize dashboards and reporting tools to enhance transparency and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations) to align solutions with governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements using automation to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Document coding projects and system improvements to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Support risk quantification through the development of risk models, simulation frameworks, and predictive tools.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate relevant tools to improve compliance processes.
- Provide technical mentorship to team members and collaborate effectively across departments.
📌 Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with coding languages such as Python, C++, SQL.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- 2-3 years of experience in control system programming and risk assessment.
Desired Skills
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with MongoDB is a plus.
- Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with Active Directory.
