π§ Role Overview
As a Strategic Analytics Manager within the PLS division, you’ll be the analytical powerhouse driving revenue optimization and commercial strategy. You’ll lead high-impact projects by building performance models, identifying growth levers, and delivering insights that shape business direction across commercial, finance, strategy, and product functions.
This is a key role for a commercially minded, data-savvy strategist ready to solve complex challenges in a fast-paced, global environment.
πΌ Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analytics on revenue performance and operational efficiency.
- Build scalable models, automated dashboards, and real-time KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to optimize pricing, revenue forecasts, and profitability models.
- Present data-driven insights and business cases to senior stakeholders, influencing commercial strategy.
- Collaborate across Data Science, Product, and Strategy teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Identify emerging trends and build innovative frameworks to enhance performance and positioning.
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics methodologies and reporting capabilities.
π§ What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in strategic analytics, financial modeling, or commercial performance in high-data environments (e.g., travel, e-commerce, banking).
- Deep understanding of revenue drivers, trading metrics, and market dynamics.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to simplify complex insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in SQL, R, or similar languages for large-scale data analysis.
- Advanced data visualization skills using Tableau or equivalent tools.
- Skilled in applying statistical methods to real-world business problems.
- Proven track record of influencing senior leadership through compelling analytics.
- Creative, proactive thinker with a passion for driving growth and solving high-impact problems.
