🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a Sr Software Development Engineer to join the Marketing Technology team. In this role, you’ll own and enhance open-source products that address unique marketing challenges. You’ll build cutting-edge software applications that directly impact how we optimize our marketing efforts globally, leveraging advanced technologies like AI and cloud infrastructure to scale our operations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance software applications that solve marketing-specific problems.
• Contribute to the creation of foundational capabilities for AI-driven, context-aware workflows that enhance marketing productivity while preserving brand integrity.
• Build and deploy cloud-based solutions, utilizing Kubernetes, AWS, and modern frameworks.
• Ensure software applications meet requirements through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm design approaches, solve problems, and evaluate feasibility.
• Drive improvements in platform performance, including test automation, deployment processes, and operational monitoring.

🎓 Ideal Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced software engineering environment.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, Scala, or Kotlin.
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS), Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools.
• Experience with modern front-end technologies such as React.js is highly desirable.
• Experience developing scalable and reliable cloud-based services.
• Knowledge of testing and monitoring tools for performance optimization.
