π― Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives within TELUS Healthβs Digital Transformation team. In this role, youβll spearhead large-scale AI-driven programs that transform contact center operations, client intake, and counseling services. The ideal candidate brings expertise in health contact center intelligence, stakeholder management, and a sharp business acumen to align technical innovation with measurable value.
πΌ Key Responsibilities
π Program & Project Leadership
- Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives, with a strong focus on ROI and strategic alignment.
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of complex programsβinitiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close.
- Lead cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication across all levels.
π‘ Insight & Innovation
- Identify and define AI opportunities across Clinical and Contact Center operations.
- Translate data from voice and chat into actionable insights using Google Cloud AI tools.
- Use performance, financial, and satisfaction metrics to develop solutions that enhance service delivery.
π€ Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams across operations, data, analytics, and technology.
- Influence, negotiate, and build lasting partnerships to drive consensus and execution.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and program updates.
π Financial & Performance Oversight
- Track and optimize CAPEX and OPEX.
- Continuously monitor project performance metrics to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
β Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or projects.
- Proven expertise in health contact center environments and technologies.
- Proficiency in AI tools (especially within Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong record of delivering business process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, storytelling, and executive communication.
- Demonstrated financial and business acumen with the ability to communicate business impact.
- Comfortable using data and analytics to drive decision-making and problem-solving.
- Known for clear, influential communication and collaborative leadership.
Nice-to-Haves:
- PMP and/or Agile certification.
- Experience with data offerings and architecture in GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security principles.
- Understanding of GitHub or similar source control platforms.

- Salary Range: $97,000 β $145,000 CAD
- Performance Bonus: 15%
