About the Role
Saviynt, a global leader in identity authority platforms, is seeking a Senior CloudOps Engineer II to support mission-critical identity access management (IAM) services within a secure, scalable, and compliant cloud environment. This role demands a hands-on expert who can manage infrastructure, automate deployment pipelines, troubleshoot cloud-based services, and ensure operational excellence aligned with federal compliance standards.
You will be a core part of a team powering next-gen SaaS delivery on platforms like AWS and Azure, driving automation, CI/CD efficiencies, and platform reliability.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead cloud deployments, upgrades, and migrations for Saviynt’s Enterprise Identity Cloud.
- Install and configure Saviynt IAM solutions per organizational and compliance standards.
- Resolve cloud infrastructure issues through debugging, research, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor and maintain cloud resources across AWS, Azure, or GCP to ensure uptime and performance.
- Automate infrastructure setup using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, etc.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, QA, and IT teams to streamline releases.
- Configure and manage monitoring tools and observability systems for cloud operations.
- Author and maintain technical documentation for systems, processes, and cloud architecture.
- Ensure compliance with federal standards and internal security protocols throughout delivery.
🧠 Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field; or Bachelor’s with 7+ years of software/cloud engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS/Azure cloud services (7+ years).
- Proficiency in Linux environments (Red Hat, CentOS).
- Extensive experience in CI/CD, DevOps tooling, and automation.
- Proven scripting skills using Python, Java, or Bash.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of IAM principles and experience deploying secure identity solutions.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MySQL, and network topologies (BGP, routing, firewalls).
- Exposure to federal compliance standards, cybersecurity policies, and secure systems development.
- Strong documentation and collaboration skills in a high-compliance environment.
➕ Preferred Experience
- Expertise in Saviynt’s EIC platform or similar IAM solutions.
- Prior work in highly regulated sectors (Federal, Finance, Healthcare).
- Familiarity with cloud security policies, disaster recovery, and data governance protocols.
💸 Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary Range: $125,000 – $154,000
- Eligibility for Discretionary Bonus Plan

Final compensation is dependent on experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
