In this role, you will lead Agile teams, design high-quality solutions, and work closely with clients to identify needs, discuss technical implications, and drive successful delivery. You will also mentor junior staff, offering technical guidance and introducing innovative tools and approaches.

- Team Management: Ability to coach, manage, and develop junior team members within an Agile environment.
- Consulting Skills: Experience managing large-scale technology projects, setting objectives, and prioritizing tasks across multiple projects.
