🎯 Role Overview
We’re on the lookout for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Shared Revenue Services team. You’ll be building core services that are foundational to all revenue workflows on the Clari platform. This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong focus on front-end development, service scalability, and system reliability. If you love solving complex problems with elegant solutions, this is the opportunity for you.
📍 Location Requirement: Must be based in Poland. This is a hybrid role with on-site work in Kraków as needed.
🔧 Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-impact features.
- Build and maintain a shared React component library and design system used across multiple Clari apps.
- Develop interfaces that are reliable, scalable, and easy to integrate.
- Debug and resolve production issues across the stack, improving system observability and uptime.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
✅ Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering using Java or similar OOP languages.
- Proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript web development.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, indexing, and scalability principles.
- Experience debugging full-stack applications in production environments.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills—able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
🌟 Bonus Skills
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, Datadog, Splunk, Hotjar, FullStory).
- Familiarity with component libraries like Storybook.
- Exposure to platform architecture and microservices is a plus.
