Articulate is on the lookout for a Software Engineer II to join our dynamic Storyline 360 team. In this role, you’ll work on delivering high-quality software, enhancing your technical expertise while contributing to Articulate’s innovative technology stack and company culture.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Deliver tasks independently, ensuring they are well-scoped and completed under the guidance of a senior engineer or engineering manager
• Adhere to engineering practices and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and testable code
• Identify and escalate risks or delays promptly to the team
• Develop a deep understanding of the team’s domain and how it aligns with the broader company strategy
• Participate in on-call rotations, addressing and resolving incidents as they arise

🎯 What You Should Have

• 2-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong skills in C# and a solid understanding of async programming
• Expertise in .NET framework memory management
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• A growth mindset and eagerness to deepen your understanding of your team’s technical stack
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to present solutions clearly
• Curiosity and interest in learning new technologies and improving processes

🏅 Nice to Haves

• Experience in Windows desktop or native application development
• Familiarity with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) or Windows Forms (WinForms)
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as MAUI, WinUI, Xamarin.Forms, or Avalonia
• Performance optimization and instrumentation experience
• Familiarity with C# build systems and infrastructure
• Experience in modernizing legacy code bases

💸 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $105,900 – $158,900 (U.S. Locations)
• Bonus-Eligible
