About the Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Partners Experience team. You will work on building and enhancing product capabilities for web designers and developers. Your focus will be on developing a platform that leverages AI-powered tools to create and optimize websites. If you’re passionate about modern engineering practices and working with cutting-edge technology to provide exceptional experiences for our customers, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with product management to improve the user interface and workflows of our AI site creation and optimization tools.
Maintain and enhance the existing application stack, including the AI site designer, AI optimizer, and onboarding products.
Improve team processes to increase agility and efficiency.
Enhance observability in production services to monitor performance and resolve issues quickly.
Lead by example with high standards for coding, automation, and security.
Work with cross-functional teams to address problems, adopt new technologies, and ensure effective tech stack use.

Required Experience:

4+ years in software development.
Proficient in at least one of the following technologies: PHP, NodeJS (Typescript), React, Java, and willing to work across technologies.
Experience working with AWS and deploying applications on cloud infrastructure.
Strong understanding of fault-tolerant systems and observability practices.
Familiarity with agile development principles.

Desirable Experience:

Experience with AI prompt scaling and optimization.
Knowledge of JavaScript tooling libraries like XState and WebPack.
Experience with BFF (Backend for Frontend) architectures.
Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
