This role is part of the Hearsay team within Yext.

Your Role:

As a Software Engineer, CRM Integrations, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable, high-reliability services. You will work alongside experienced engineers to build and optimize our CRM integration solutions, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Software Development & Architecture

• Design and develop robust, scalable CRM integration solutions.
• Debug, review, and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Execute assigned projects from concept to deployment.

✅ Code & Technical Excellence

• Write, review, and test high-quality, maintainable code.
• Assist in architectural decisions and roadmap planning.
• Continuously improve team processes and technical approaches.

✅ Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices.

Your Qualifications:

✔ Experience & Technical Skills

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or C# (Hearsay uses Python & Kotlin!).
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Backbone, Underscore).
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development technologies.
• Strong background in relational databases (schema design, query optimization, high availability) OR deep expertise in NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (IaaS, PaaS).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (preferably Jest).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian (spoken & written).
