🚀 The Opportunity

We’re scaling our Corporate Infrastructure team within the Security org and hiring a Software Engineer to build secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure solutions that power Grammarly’s internal operations.

You’ll take ownership of Identity and Access Management (IAM), enhance corporate services, and implement robust cloud-native infrastructure that supports our growing global footprint.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable infrastructure solutions using AWS and modern infra-as-code tools.
• Develop and manage identity & access platforms (Okta Identity Engine, Opal.dev).
• Enhance global IAM processes with automation and robust documentation.
• Lead corporate access management initiatives across SaaS and PaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with Cloud Infrastructure to support AWS environments.
• Drive IAM metrics, self-service automation, and proactive alerting.
• Provide Tier 3 support for IAM issues and deploy secure, user-friendly solutions.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience

• 7+ years managing production SaaS infrastructure.
• Proficiency with IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM).
• Strong background in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native tech.
• Solid understanding of AWS (or willingness to pivot from Azure/GCP).
• Prior experience in engineering-focused corporate infra teams.

✅ Technical Skills

• Coding proficiency in Python (or similar).
• Deep knowledge of cloud environments and access governance frameworks.
