Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team, sharing your expertise to shape software development direction.
- Prototype and implement state-of-the-art software solutions in an agile environment.
- Develop high-performance software for tactical systems and web applications.
- Utilize modeling, simulation, and analysis tools to measure and enhance the impact of our technology.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure successful mission-critical outcomes.
- Engage in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to colleagues and clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Matlab.
- Experience with big data/NoSQL/database technologies.
- Skilled in AngularJS, Node.js, JavaScript, and full-stack web development.
- Strong foundation in software design, algorithm development, testing, and optimization.
- Experience with machine learning techniques: supervised/unsupervised learning, clustering, and classification.
- Strong understanding of applied mathematics: differential equations, linear algebra, optimization, statistics, and random processes.
- Knowledge in engineering principles: controls, estimation theory, and digital signal processing.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
Salary Range:
$96,900 – $175,950 USD (Base salary estimate). Compensation varies based on experience, skills, and other factors.
