As a Database Administrator (DBA) Developer, you will work closely with programmers, architects, and infrastructure DBAs to develop and maintain database-driven applications. You will be responsible for database design, optimization, and troubleshooting, ensuring high performance and reliability.

📌 Key Responsibilities

✅ Database Design & Development: Build and maintain database objects (tables, indexes, views, triggers, functions, procedures).
✅ Data Modeling: Define data requirements and create efficient structures.
✅ SQL Optimization & Performance Tuning: Ensure high-performing SQL statements and indexing strategies.
✅ Testing & Quality Assurance: Design and implement standard testing methodologies, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
✅ Troubleshooting & Incident Management: Respond to database-related issues, incidents, and performance bottlenecks.
✅ Governance & Compliance: Support data redaction and security protocols for non-production databases.
✅ Change & Problem Management: Ensure smooth database transitions while maintaining system integrity.
✅ Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to boost system performance.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

🔹 Basic Qualifications:

✔ 4+ years of experience in database administration & development.
✔ 2+ years of proven expertise in SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting.
