As a Senior Software Technical Consultant, you will be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge software solutions for clients in supply chain, transportation, and logistics. Your expertise will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable, high-performance systems tailored to complex business needs. You’ll also manage project timelines, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure seamless integration of technology into client operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand business needs and technical requirements, translating them into scalable software solutions.
• Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the technical architecture and development of supply chain optimization solutions using industry best practices.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior consultants and engineers, maintaining excellence in all deliverables.
• Software Integration: Implement cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ensure seamless integration with enterprise platforms such as ERP and supply chain management systems.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee testing phases, validate system functionality, and collaborate with QA teams.
• Industry Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and transportation to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML, IoT, and digital transformation trends in supply chain management.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical teams to develop innovative and effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting or software engineering, focusing on supply chain, transportation, and logistics.
• Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, and enterprise solution development.
• Experience with ERP, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and supply chain planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
• Knowledge of data integration, APIs, SQL databases, and business intelligence tools.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to guide and inspire cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics in supply chain and logistics.
• Familiarity with IoT and sustainability practices in logistics.
• Strong background in budget, scope, and timeline management for multiple projects.
