🧠 The Mission – ProductionOS Team

Join our Internal Tools team and drive the buildout of ProductionOS, our proprietary production quality management system. Your code will directly impact how quickly, efficiently, and securely Anduril scales its mission-critical operations.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop SaaS or on-premise apps in a fast-paced, “mini-startup” environment
• Own key components of the tech stack (front-end, back-end, or integrations)
• Create systems that streamline operations and generate measurable cost savings
• Write scalable, maintainable, and impactful code alongside top-tier engineers
• Transform user needs into polished, efficient features

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years in software engineering, preferably in high-stakes or fast-moving settings
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, EE, or a related technical field
• Expertise with high-availability enterprise applications
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and frameworks like Remix or Next.js
• Strong user empathy and business-first mindset
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance

Preferred:

• Background in AWS and TypeScript-heavy environments
• Experience scaling processes in high-growth or startup-style organizations

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $168,000 – $252,000 USD (base only; excludes equity, bonuses, etc.)
