About the Role

We are the IDComply team—a small, dynamic group of Senior Engineers scaling our product to serve tens of millions of users in 2025. Our core tech stack includes PHP (Laravel 8+), JavaScript, and MongoDB, complemented by Golang, AWS, and Kubernetes for scalability and high availability. Our architecture prioritizes clean code, design patterns, and test coverage, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design, implement, and maintain scalable and high-performance software solutions.
✅ Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best engineering practices.
✅ Ensure system stability and performance through rigorous testing, monitoring, and optimization.
✅ Debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to align on project goals and user needs.
✅ Improve engineering processes, tools, and workflows for team efficiency.
✅ Advocate for modern technologies and best practices in software development.
✅ Provide innovative solutions and fresh perspectives to technical challenges.

Who You Are

🎓 Educational & Technical Background: Strong foundation in computer science with hands-on programming experience.
🛠️ Proficiency in: PHP (Laravel 8+), JavaScript, MongoDB, Docker.
🗣️ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
📈 Growth Mindset: Passion for learning Golang, AWS, Kubernetes, and other new technologies.
🔍 System Design Expertise: Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
