🧩 Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack), you’ll be more than a coder — you’ll architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. You’ll drive end-to-end development using cutting-edge Java and Angular stacks while collaborating across teams to solve real-world challenges.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and performant fullstack solutions

• Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, present features, and communicate project status

• Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Mentor peers, review code, and uphold high coding standards and best practices

• Tackle technical challenges and ensure consistent delivery of UI/UX projects

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to align technical decisions with business goals

• Contribute to the engineering community through mentorship and knowledge sharing

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• 4+ years of fullstack engineering experience

• Strong proficiency in:

  • Java 11+ (ideally Java 17), Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, Spring Data

  • Angular 11+, RxJS, Material UI, CSS, TypeScript, SPA architecture

• Experience with Agile software development methodologies

• Excellent understanding of OOP and SOLID principles

• Proficiency in automated testing, debugging tools, and clean code practices

• Strong communication skills in English, with client-facing experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
