🔍 Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development and evolution of our Web Platform Design System. This high-visibility role is mission-critical to scaling our frontend architecture and delivering a consistent, accessible user experience. You’ll work with a team of expert designers and engineers to define UI standards, modernize infrastructure, and establish best practices across product teams.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Lead the architecture, development, and rollout of our front-end design system.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure visual consistency and accessibility.
• Rebuild core components based on an updated design kit and modern engineering standards.
• Set coding standards and contribute to frontend best practices and developer onboarding.
• Own the CI/CD pipeline for design system components and streamline the release process.
• Maintain clear documentation, changelogs, and migration guides to drive internal adoption.
• Prioritize features, bugs, and improvements through roadmap planning and ticket grooming.
• Mentor peers, conduct code reviews, and champion scalable frontend engineering.
• Analyze and optimize bundling strategies (e.g., Webpack, Rollup) for performance.

✅ What You Bring

• 💼 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development with modern JS frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte).
• 🧱 Strong knowledge of design systems, UI component architecture, and front-end infrastructure.
• 🛠️ Experience with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Rollup, Parcel) and scalable bundling strategies.
• 💬 Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a distributed (remote) team environment.
• 🧠 A self-starter mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives to completion.
