🛠️ Your Role
Join our Corporate IT Business Systems team as a Senior Salesforce Developer, taking the lead on Revenue Cloud configuration and CPQ/Billing integration as we evolve our Quote-to-Cash systems. You’ll design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that balance business needs with scalable technical architecture—ensuring smooth integrations, intuitive user experience, and long-term reliability.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including usage-based billing and subscription pricing models.
- Create and manage consumption schedules, custom solutions, and Salesforce module integrations.
- Develop in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and API integrations.
- Customize Agentforce/Agent Builder with Flows, Apex, and Prompt Templates.
- Refactor and scale Quote-to-Cash processes: simplify existing code, workflows, and automation tools.
- Own development lifecycle activities: code, test, troubleshoot, document.
- Create technical documentation: configuration, data migration, release steps, process flows.
- Apply Agile/Scrum and SDLC practices—own sprints, estimations, solution designs, and releases.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, privacy, and governance standards.
- Participate in peer code reviews and offer actionable feedback.
🧠 What You Bring
✅ Required Skills:
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, especially in Apex.
- Strong knowledge of declarative tools and object-oriented programming on the Salesforce platform.
🌟 Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ features: QCP, subscription billing, amendments, renewals, co-terming.
- Experience designing usage-based billing systems and AI bot integrations for customer/sales use cases.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado or DevOps Center.
- Hands-on knowledge of deployment, release processes, and CPQ-specific deployment nuances.
- Salesforce certifications (Developer, Specialist, Consultant) are a plus.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum participation, and change management in fast-paced environments.
