🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for data visualization solutions that simplify and amplify how scientific and healthcare data is explored and analyzed. This high-impact role bridges data, design, and research—enabling discovery and decision-making across our pharma ecosystem.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy for GSK’s visualization tools within our Onyx data platform.
  • Own the roadmap for dashboards, charts, visual analytics, and interactive tools.
  • Collaborate with UX, data science, and engineering teams to deliver user-centric interfaces.
  • Engage internal users to gather feedback, validate ideas, and drive adoption.
  • Monitor KPIs to iterate on the product and ensure value delivery.
  • Embed advanced visualization techniques (e.g., anomaly detection, forecasting).
  • Translate scientific needs into intuitive, impactful visual experiences.
  • Influence stakeholders and communicate vision and progress to leadership.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • 6+ years (with Bachelor’s) or 4+ years (with Master’s) in Product Management, preferably in data visualization or SaaS products
  • 3+ years working in Agile product teams with cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences domains
  • Proficiency with visualization tools (Tableau, Spotfire, Plotly, Looker, etc.)
  • Strong grasp of BI ecosystems, APIs, SQL, and data platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with high user empathy and a bias for action
