📈 Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead our high-impact data engineering team. This role is mission-critical to building a scalable, resilient, and trustworthy data platform that powers analytics, machine learning models, and customer-facing solutions. You’ll partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to enable data-driven outcomes and insights that reinforce our transparent PBM model.

🔍 Requirements

• ✅ 8+ years in software/data engineering, with 5+ years managing technical teams.
• 🛠️ Deep technical knowledge of data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt).
• 🧠 Experience building scalable data systems for AI/ML workloads and business-critical integrations.
• 📐 Proven ability to measure and enhance data quality across complex platforms.
• 🎯 Strong strategic thinking—aligning engineering investments with business impact.
• 💬 Exceptional collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
