🎯 Role Overview
As a Senior Insights Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our Customer Strategy & Operations (CSO) org, partnering directly with Global Sales and Channel Leadership to drive data strategy, sales analytics, and actionable insights across the enterprise. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming complex datasets into clear business value—delivering executive-ready recommendations that enhance visibility, improve sales performance, and accelerate revenue growth.
This is a high-impact, strategic role suited for a data-savvy sales analytics expert who thrives in a SaaS environment and understands how to build scalable, automated insights infrastructure.
🧠 What You’ll Do
- Lead design and execution of scalable data infrastructure and schema models to support automated sales reporting
- Standardize data definitions and KPIs aligned with SaaS industry benchmarks
- Deliver automated dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc reports via Tableau, Salesforce, or Excel
- Mentor analysts to elevate reporting standards and promote analytics excellence
- Conduct in-depth analysis on sales performance, pipeline trends, productivity metrics, and customer value realization
- Partner with Sales Strategy, Finance, Enablement, and CX Analytics teams to ensure holistic, cross-functional insights
- Present executive-level insights and strategic recommendations that reduce friction and boost growth
- Act as a subject-matter expert on sales analytics, forecasting, and performance metrics
🔍 What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales analytics, revenue operations, or business intelligence
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales models, KPIs, and data strategy
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for large-scale data querying and transformation
- Advanced visualization skills in Tableau, Salesforce, and/or Excel
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and qualitative data analysis
- Demonstrated success building automated analytics on cloud-based platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake)
- Excellent communication skills across both technical and business audiences—from ICs to C-level executives
- Passion for building scalable analytics frameworks and mentoring junior analysts
💡 Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML applications in analytics is a strong plus
- Familiarity with CRM governance, data quality initiatives, and ETL workflows
- Strong project management capabilities in fast-paced, high-growth environments
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Canadian Salary Range: $151,300 – $204,700 CAD
Includes base pay + eligibility for corporate bonus program and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
