🛠 About the Role

We are expanding our DevOps team in Serbia to support a diverse range of projects for international clients. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll work on cutting-edge cloud platforms, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and drive infrastructure automation across high-scale environments.

You’ll collaborate with fellow DevOps engineers both locally and globally — no silos, no guesswork, just real teamwork.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy and manage AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Automate routine tasks with scripting languages such as Bash or Python
• Ensure smooth integration and delivery of applications
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and improve system performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Participate in global tech communities and knowledge sharing sessions

✅ What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps or infrastructure experience
• Expertise in cloud services (AWS and/or Azure)
• Solid command of Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Strong Git-based version control skills
• Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Proficient scripting in Python, Bash, or similar
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
• Clear communicator in English (both written and verbal)
• Bonus: Cloud or DevOps-related certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
