🔹 How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Senior AI/ML Developer, you’ll drive machine learning & AI innovation at Cin7. You’ll develop intelligent models that enhance demand forecasting, stock optimization, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics—helping businesses make smarter, faster decisions.

This is a strategic & hands-on role in a fast-paced SaaS environment where you’ll build AI-powered solutions at a global scale.

🔹 What You’ll Do

🎯 Lead & Develop: Design, build, and deploy advanced ML models for forecasting, replenishment, and fraud detection
🎯 Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product, engineering, and analytics teams to embed AI into Cin7’s platform
🎯 Deploy & Maintain: Build end-to-end ML pipelines for real-world production environments
🎯 Solve Complex Problems: Translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions
🎯 Mentor & Guide: Support a growing team of data scientists & ML engineers
🎯 Stay Ahead: Keep up with cutting-edge advancements in supply chain AI, forecasting, and decision intelligence

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✅ Must-Haves:

✔️ 4+ years experience in AI/ML development (including 2+ years in leadership roles)
✔️ Proven track record of delivering production-grade ML systems in SaaS or product-driven companies
✔️ Expertise in ML techniques (supervised/unsupervised learning, time-series, deep learning, probabilistic models)
✔️ Strong programming skills in Python & experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
✔️ Familiarity with Azure cloud & ML/AI ops tools (Airflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
✔️ Experience working with large structured datasets (logistics, inventory, retail, manufacturing)
✔️ Excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration skills

✔️ Background in supply chain optimization, inventory control, or ERP integrations
✔️ Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
✔️ Knowledge of pricing algorithms, recommendation systems, or operations research
