π§© Role Overview
FOX is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead high-impact analytics initiatives with a focus on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). This role is pivotal in evaluating marketing performance and guiding strategic investment decisions using advanced statistical models and large-scale data engineering frameworks.
Youβll work closely with FOXβs Data Platform and Engineering teams to build a cutting-edge marketing data lake, scalable science infrastructure, and actionable cross-channel insights β all from scratch.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Lead the buildout of FOXβs marketing data science infrastructure in collaboration with technology and analytics teams.
- Own the development and maintenance of MMM models to measure channel effectiveness and optimize spend.
- Create predictive models to inform marketing strategy and simulate budget outcomes.
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to marketing and executive stakeholders.
- Build tools and frameworks for experimentation, model validation, and scenario simulation.
- Mentor and manage one data scientist.
- Serve as the bridge between data science and business decision-makers β translating technical outputs into strategic actions.
β What Youβll Need
- 9+ years of experience applying statistical and machine learning methods to business challenges.
- Strong background in Marketing Mix Modeling, marketing analytics, and optimization.
- Masterβs degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering).
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, PySpark and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
- Proficiency in data visualization and communicating complex results to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to lead projects end-to-end: from model design to business implementation.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across analytics, engineering, and marketing teams.

- 3+ years of experience in entertainment, media, or marketing analytics.
- Prior work with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and data science tooling.
- Strong storytelling ability that connects modeling to real-world business value.

- Salary Range: $160,000 β $190,000 (DOE)
