Role Overview

As a Senior Data Science Lead, you will drive innovation by developing and deploying cutting-edge semi-autonomous AI agents to tackle complex enterprise challenges. This role requires expertise in LangGraph, LLM orchestration, reinforcement learning, and real-world AI applications. You will lead the design, optimization, and scaling of Agentic AI workflows, aligning with business objectives while pushing the boundaries of AI automation.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Solutions Architecture:
   • Design and develop multi-agent AI systems using LangGraph.
   • Build memory-augmented, context-aware AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and task execution.
   • Define scalable architectures for LLM-powered agents integrated with enterprise applications.
2. Development & Optimization:
   • Optimize agent orchestration workflows using LangGraph.
   • Implement techniques such as knowledge graphs, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), and RAG.
   • Apply RLHF/RLAIF methodologies to fine-tune AI agents for improved decision-making.
3. AI Research & Innovation:
   • Lead research initiatives in Agentic AI, LangGraph, and LLM orchestration.
   • Prototype self-learning AI agents capable of autonomous adaptation.
4. Business Strategy:
   • Translate Agentic AI capabilities into enterprise solutions to drive efficiency and cost savings.
   • Execute proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate business impact and scale prototypes into production.
5. Team Mentorship:
   • Lead and mentor AI Engineers and Data Scientists.
   • Establish best practices for model evaluation, responsible AI, and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in LangGraph and multi-agent AI development.
• Expertise in LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Function Calling).
• Proficiency in reinforcement learning techniques (RLHF/RLAIF).
• Knowledge of knowledge graph construction and RAG implementation.
• Experience deploying AI agents in production environments (e.g., GCP).
