Role Overview:

As a Senior Data Architect at Brillio, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering data engineering and analytics solutions for clients. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams and clients to provide customized solutions, developing comprehensive RFP responses, and creating robust data architectures. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to business development and work on large-scale data transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop state-of-the-art data engineering and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to craft detailed RFP responses.
• Work closely with clients to deliver differentiated business outcomes.
• Expand your expertise in Data Engineering, Big Data, and Analytics tools across a variety of verticals.
• Articulate complex technical information to diverse internal and external customers.
• Continuously seek opportunities to meet customer needs by being a proactive thought partner.
• Contribute to business development efforts by providing end-to-end solutions and assisting with competitive bids (RFx).
• Develop high-level recommendations, proposals, and scope of work documents for Data Strategy and Consulting engagements.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 13+ years in solution architecture, estimation, and building capacity plans for large-scale data transformation initiatives.
• Development Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing and implementing enterprise-level data solutions.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in data architecture design, implementation best practices, and continuous optimization.
  • Experience in Big Data, Cloud Technologies, Data Lake, Data Warehousing, and Analytics.
  • Expertise in creating solutions, architectures, and use cases to meet customer objectives.
  • Familiarity with architecting big data environments, leveraging appropriate visualization tools, and applying rigorous statistical analysis techniques.
• Business Acumen: Ability to articulate technical solutions to business problems and align them with program success criteria.
• Customer-Facing Skills: Experience presenting to senior executives and achieving buy-in from managers, directors, VPs, and CXOs.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to recommend best-in-class tools and processes for high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, filter suggestions, and make relevant adjustments to solutions.
• Experience creating proof of concepts, demos, and scripts from scratch or leveraging reusable components.
• Strategic thinking and professional agility, particularly in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and other development methodologies.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $75 – $80 per hour.
