Job Overview:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in extracting valuable insights from complex datasets, guiding strategic decision-making, and fostering business growth. Your expertise in data analytics will enable stakeholders to make informed decisions by transforming raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

SQL Database Management:

• Build and maintain SQL databases to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
• Oversee database maintenance, collaborating with data engineers to resolve performance issues.
• Handle all data extraction requests by creating queries on the SQL database.

Data Extraction and Visualization:

• Develop and implement efficient data extraction processes from multiple sources.
• Create visually engaging and insightful data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Apply best practices in data visualization to enhance decision-making across the organization.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights.
• Work closely with the planning/performance team to align on strategic goals.
• Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in data analytics.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the organization, encouraging the use of data for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience in tech startups.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL database management.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Python, Tableau, or Power BI (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Python for data analytics and automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
