🎯 Your Impact
As a Senior Architect – Client Service, you’ll lead high-stakes, enterprise-level Azure engagements from pre-sales through delivery. You’ll define technical strategies, craft scalable architectures, and mentor other architects—ensuring each solution hits the mark technically and strategically. This role is essential in driving client success and elevating 3Cloud’s reputation for delivery excellence.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and architecture of large-scale Azure-based App Innovation projects
- Own the full solution lifecycle: from presales architecture and stakeholder engagement through execution
- Design reusable reference architectures and best practices to support scalability across engagements
- Mentor architects and engineers, setting a high bar for delivery quality and architectural rigor
- Drive solution design reviews and ensure alignment with client objectives and enterprise standards
- Partner with sales and account teams on pursuit strategy, RFP responses, and proposals
- Analyze patterns across engagements to enhance tools, processes, and internal IP
📚 What You Bring
✅ Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience architecting and delivering modern application solutions in consulting/professional services
- Demonstrated leadership of technical teams and full ownership of architectural solutions on enterprise projects
- Hands-on experience supporting pre-sales efforts, including client pitches and proposal creation
- Recognized influence in mentoring, technical leadership, and thought leadership within a team or practice
- Skilled at balancing innovation with execution risk and scalability for enterprise adoption
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (required); other Azure certifications are a plus
- Strong collaboration skills in fast-moving, matrixed team environments
💡 Preferred Experience
- Experience leading App Innovation or cloud-native transformations at enterprise scale
- Track record of enabling delivery excellence in client-facing consulting roles
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $151,900 – $227,900 (commensurate with experience, skills, and location)
Bonus Structure: Eligible for annual utilization/discretionary bonuses
