Weโ€™re hiring a Senior Applications Monitoring Analyst to manage and optimize our most critical internal tools and platforms. Youโ€™ll play a key role in minimizing fraud exposure, enabling seamless operations, and ensuring our member experience is always top-tier. ๐Ÿ”ง What Youโ€™ll Do

As the go-to SME for application uptime and support, youโ€™ll:

  • ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Monitor application performance โ€“ Set up dashboards, track uptime, run diagnostics, and dive into root cause analysis
  • ๐Ÿ”„ Perform upgrades and patches โ€“ Lead upgrade cycles, ensure ecosystem compatibility, and keep systems secure and compliant
  • ๐Ÿ” Administer access โ€“ Manage app permissions, user roles, and ensure policy compliance
  • ๐Ÿค Collaborate across functions โ€“ Partner with Cybersecurity, Legal, Fraud, Marketing & more to document workflows and streamline knowledge sharing
  • โš™๏ธ Optimize app performance โ€“ Implement tuning/config updates, drive upgrade schedules, and track key performance indicators

Weโ€™re looking for a high-integrity tech analyst with strong problem-solving instincts and customer-first thinking.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 3โ€“5 years in applications monitoring/support or systems administration
  • Hands-on with fraud detection, IAM, cloud data warehouses, CRM, and marketing/reporting tools
  • Proficiency in Python or PowerShell for scripting and automation
  • Track record of reducing downtime and optimizing system health
  • Experience with access/permission management & compliance protocols
  • Proven ability to translate tech talk into human-speak
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping cool and delivering results
  • ITIL Certification (preferred)
