🌐 About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Security Architect to lead security design, implementation, and governance across Fireblocks’ multi-cloud ecosystem. This is a high-impact, hands-on role embedded at the intersection of product engineering, DevOps, and cloud architecture. You’ll work cross-functionally to embed security into the DNA of everything we build and ship.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Design and enforce robust cloud security controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and secure design reviews for new and existing product features.
• Work closely with product, DevOps, and development teams to implement and maintain secure Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Spearhead security architecture initiatives and lead cross-functional security projects.
• Develop and deploy secure cloud architectures and services at scale.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert and advisor on cloud and product security.
• Drive security automation using scripting tools like Terraform or Python.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies and best practices with a security-first mindset.
• Collaborate with internal security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and raise the security bar across the board.

✅ What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud or product security architecture roles.
• 3+ years of practical experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on expertise in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong understanding of encryption, identity and access management, and cloud-native network security.
• Experience with Kubernetes security and container orchestration hardening.
• Familiarity with cloud security platforms like CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management) and CWPP (Cloud Workload Protection Platforms).
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cloud security initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Terraform).
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent.
