🎯 Position Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager for Google Enterprise Networking, responsible for overseeing deployment programs, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and driving the success of long-term network infrastructure projects. This role requires coordination across various teams to meet technical, operational, and commercial requirements. Your projects will support Google’s enterprise-grade solutions and cutting-edge technology to solve complex business challenges.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop multi-year network strategies for metro or regional connectivity, balancing performance and cost.
- Create detailed project plans and cost estimates for feasibility studies, including preparing drawings, maps, and project scopes.
- Develop and present business cases for long-term infrastructure investments, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Manage agreements for metro-ethernet, dark fiber, wavelength services, and more under existing master agreements.
- Drive organizational change to ensure long-term benefits from network and infrastructure investments.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, specializing in deployment, network engineering, and service delivery.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in program or project management, particularly within networking, network infrastructure, or transport systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including dark fiber, metro-ethernet, and transport systems.
🧰 Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with data center, networking, and enterprise operations.
- Enthusiasm and experience with data science or data analytics (e.g., using SQL for reporting, analysis, and dashboards).
- Expertise and passion for growth within enterprise networking.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders across various functions and geographies.
🌎 Compensation:
- Base Salary: $113,000 – $161,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits (salary range determined by role, location, and experience).
