PrismHR is actively seeking a Product/Business Analyst with robust experience in platform management and user story development. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical acumen, superior communication skills, and a proven track record of working with diverse development teams. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- User Story Development:
- Draft clear, detailed user stories using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs), personas, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
- Ensure alignment and understanding across technical and non-technical teams.
- Platform Management:
- Drive execution of multiple initiatives across talent management systems.
- Align platform goals with broader strategic objectives.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams across onshore, near-shore, and offshore models.
- Ensure cohesive development and delivery cycles.
- Documentation & Training:
- Produce both technical and end-user documentation.
- Support adoption of platform features via product training sessions and manuals.
- Backlog Ownership:
- Prioritize and structure backlogs into Epics, Features, and Stories to streamline delivery.
✅ Qualifications
- Proficient in Office 365 and business documentation tools.
- Experience working with talent management systems (e.g., applicant tracking, performance management platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage platform initiatives and ensure strategic alignment.
- Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and collaboration tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
