Role Overview
At Vanta, our mission is to secure the internet and protect consumer data. We aim to empower companies with continuous security monitoring and verification. We are searching for a Product Analytics Lead to establish and elevate our business analytics function, ensuring our processes and analytics stack meet both current and future business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Analytics Tools:
- Build and automate DBT SQL pipelines for Snowflake to manage data assets for product teams.
- Use Python/R with Hex.tech for statistical analysis of product usage and engagement.
- Utilize Sigma Computing to uncover insights into customer journeys.
- Analytical Projects:
- Conduct projects to define and predict churn.
- Specify and develop predictive models for risk analysis and product growth.
- Set high standards for predictive analytics and define the analytics framework for Product efforts.
- AI & LLM Practices:
- Collaborate on crafting AI and LLM measurement practices.
- Executive Collaboration:
- Lead analytics reviews and communicate findings to C-level partners.
Qualifications for Success
- Experience:
- At least 8 years working with data as a scientist/analyst in business applications.
- Experience in product lifecycle analytics and growth frameworks.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Proficiency in data visualization and statistical analysis techniques.
- Advanced understanding of predictive analytics, including churn probability (P[churn]) and risk models.
- Expertise in experiment design and hypothesis testing with limited sample sizes.
- Knowledge of Product analytics stacks (Heap, Amplitude, StatSig) and Go-to-Market data stacks (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk).
- Communication:
- Strong storytelling and executive communication skills.
- Preferred:
- Experience with B2B SaaS predictive analytics, delivering change management with BI tools, and leading executive data reviews.
