πΌ The Role
As the Product Analytics Lead focused on Trust, youβll architect and scale a high-impact analytics function that directly shapes Vantaβs data-driven product strategy. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and executive leadership to define KPIs, optimize customer journeys, and influence strategic initiatives through actionable insights. Your work will be instrumental in building the next-gen foundation for predictive and AI-driven analytics across the company.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage scalable data pipelines using DBT + Snowflake for product analytics needs.
- Leverage Python/R and Hex.tech for advanced statistical modeling and usage behavior analysis.
- Conduct customer journey and engagement analysis using Sigma Computing.
- Define and lead initiatives to model churn prediction, customer risk scoring, and growth analytics frameworks.
- Establish predictive analytics standards across the business, setting the bar for modeling rigor and reliability.
- Lead and refine AI/LLM measurement strategies for new product capabilities.
- Own and lead analytics reviews with C-level stakeholders to influence data-informed decisions.
- Build and evolve our product analytics tech stack (Heap, Amplitude, StatSig, etc.) and ensure seamless integration with GTM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Catalyst, Zendesk).
β What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role with direct business impact.
- Deep expertise in data visualization, storytelling with data, and executive communication.
- Solid background in statistics, hypothesis testing, and small-sample experimentation.
- Hands-on experience building predictive models for churn, risk, and growth opportunities.
- Proven ability to translate product lifecycles into robust analytical frameworks.
- Strong command of product analytics and GTM data stacks with proven integration experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional analytics reviews and change management around BI tools.
- A curious, insight-driven mindset combined with practical business instincts.
