Position Overview

As a Product Analyst at Brillio, you will play a key role in supporting digital transformation projects for Fortune 1000 clients. Your expertise will drive product development processes, manage backlogs, and analyze data to provide actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery, while actively contributing to the modernization of legacy systems and the enhancement of user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Jira Management: Lead the management of product backlogs, track user stories, and monitor project progress using advanced Jira expertise.
• Data Analysis: Utilize SQL to conduct in-depth data analysis, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights for business improvements.
• Agile Practices: Participate actively in Agile sprints, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
• UX Collaboration: Work with UX teams to ensure product interfaces and user journeys are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Legacy Systems Transformation: Contribute to the modernization of legacy systems, improving scalability and efficiency of platforms.
• Microservices & API Integration: Familiarity with microservices architecture and API integration to improve product functionalities and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in product analysis, with a strong background in managing product backlogs and delivery processes.
• Jira Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Jira to manage product backlogs and project progress.
• SQL and Data Analysis: Expertise in SQL for conducting data analysis, identifying trends, and creating actionable business insights.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile Practices: Proven experience in Agile environments, actively participating in sprints to deliver high-quality products.
• UX and Frameworks: Experience working closely with UX teams to enhance product design and user experience.
• Mortgage Industry Experience (Preferred): Strong understanding of mortgage industry processes, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Legacy Systems Transformation (Preferred): Experience in transforming or modernizing legacy systems for better scalability and efficiency.
• Microservices & API Integration (Preferred): Knowledge of microservices and API integration to optimize product workflows and functionalities.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $65 – $68 per hour
