Job Title: Product Analyst – AI/Expansion

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Analyst – AI/Expansion to manage the performance and expansion of Everyday Puzzles, one of Fanatee’s most popular games. This role involves close collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams, with direct reporting to the Senior Product Manager. You will work with content freelancers worldwide, ensuring business needs and deadlines are met while maintaining top-tier quality standards. You will also leverage AI tools to help create and validate new puzzles and content. Additionally, you’ll explore opportunities for game growth, including expanding into new markets, regions, and languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Enhance team workflows and communication, ensuring efficiency in all stages of product development.
- Roadmap & Deadlines: Guarantee that the product roadmap and deadlines are consistently met.
- Collaboration & Communication: Foster open communication both within the team and with other departments.
- Backlog Management: Facilitate backlog execution and support in identifying and removing obstacles to progress.
- Strategy & Objectives: Formulate product strategies and present clear, measurable objectives that drive business growth.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Provide valuable insights based on data analysis, demonstrating the impact on key product metrics.
- Support Product Roadmap: Assist the Product team in driving the product’s roadmap and overall direction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Background in product/project management or game development.
- Self-Starter: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
- AI Tools: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.
- Passion for Games: Enthusiasm for playing Everyday Puzzles and other word games.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, HTTP requests, database handling, data cleanup, and prompt engineering.
