💼 Role Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Architecture: Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business and program goals.
  • Standards and Frameworks: Define and enforce architectural standards for performance, scalability, and security across teams and projects, creating reusable frameworks and design patterns for Salesforce components, integrations, and automations.
  • Technical Roadmaps: Own and evolve core platform components, identifying opportunities for optimization and reusability, and ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Guide engineers, solution architects, and technical contributors, promoting a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous learning.
  • DevSecOps Practices: Implement DevSecOps for Salesforce development, including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and secure deployment strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with federal stakeholders, presenting technical concepts, new capabilities, and participating in design challenges and evaluations.
  • Proposal Contributions: Lead efforts in crafting architectures and technical content for proposals, ensuring alignment with customer goals.
  • Enterprise Integration: Contribute to enterprise integration strategies using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and event-driven architecture patterns.
  • Governance and Compliance: Define governance processes and technical standards, supporting system audits, security reviews, and compliance planning (FedRAMP, HIPAA, SOC 2).

🎯 What You Bring

  • Experience: 10+ years in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions with a deep understanding of platform architecture and best practices.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • Technical Expertise: Mastery of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and extensive experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds (Health Cloud or Government Cloud).
  • DevOps Skills: Proven experience with DevOps tools such as Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, GitHub Actions.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, HIPAA, SOC 2).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of tailoring technical information to a variety of audiences.
  • Proposal Experience: Proven track record of contributing to federal proposal efforts, including technical solutioning and presenting to customer stakeholders.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional Tools: Experience with Agentforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, or Salesforce AI/Einstein Analytics.
  • Governance Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce Governance and Center of Excellence (CoE) models.
  • Large-Scale Architecture: Experience designing architectures for large-scale data systems and multi-cloud environments (AWS preferred).
  • Healthcare Experience: Prior work with HHS agencies, especially CMS, or in similarly regulated healthcare environments.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $170,000 – $206,000 per year.
