Role Overview:
We are seeking a Principal Full Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team, focused on driving innovative improvements across product features. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to building robust, scalable software solutions while mentoring and empowering your peers.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance the user journey and refine Jira Align’s product strategy.
Technical Leadership: Lead the implementation of large-scale product features, balancing trade-offs in performance, correctness, and customer impact.
Code Development & Debugging: Write well-tested, secure, and maintainable code while diagnosing and debugging team inefficiencies.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering skill development and ensuring engineering excellence in design, testing, and security.
Code Reviews & Best Practices: Participate in code reviews and contribute to documentation and complex bug fixes, with a focus on security and performance.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience: 10+ years in software development with strong foundational software engineering skills.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in .NET Framework (C#) and REST API integration.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery (React knowledge a plus).
- Experience with MSSQL and Postgres databases.
- Security-focused development practices.
Problem Solving & Communication: Proven ability to resolve customer issues and deliver value through product experimentation and effective communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

DevOps Experience: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools (e.g., Octopus).
Cloud Experience: Understanding of AWS fundamentals (e.g., VPC, EC2).

Compensation:

Annual Salary Range: 324,000 PLN — 433,200 PLN
This role is also eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
