π About the Role
As a Network Analyst Junior, youβll be a part of the Technical Services Unit, supporting IMT services and projects while collaborating with a team of analysts. You will deliver technical solutions using IT Incident, Problem, Change, Project, Service, and Capacity Management principles.
π§ Key Responsibilities
β Provide IT development, maintenance, and support services
β Recommend enhancements to IT services/products
β Interpret and translate reporting requirements into actionable insights
β Update and develop IT systems and programs
β Plan, schedule, and implement service changes
β Identify risks and proactively upgrade services
β Maintain database reporting as needed
β Troubleshoot network issues and analyze logs
β Prepare service requests and liaise with vendors/service providers
π What You Bring
π Education:
β Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (2-year program)
β Equivalencies Considered:
- 1-year certificate + 1 year of relevant experience
- Industry-recognized certifications (CCNA, F5 BIG-IP) in place of a certificate
π§ Knowledge & Skills
β
Understanding of network systems (Load balancing, DNS services)
β
Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP/HTTPS
β
Knowledge of ITIL processes
β
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
β
Effective communication and teamwork skills
β
Willingness to travel (up to 25-50%)
