🚀 About the Role
As a Network Analyst Junior, you’ll be a part of the Technical Services Unit, supporting IMT services and projects while collaborating with a team of analysts. You will deliver technical solutions using IT Incident, Problem, Change, Project, Service, and Capacity Management principles.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide IT development, maintenance, and support services
✔ Recommend enhancements to IT services/products
✔ Interpret and translate reporting requirements into actionable insights
✔ Update and develop IT systems and programs
✔ Plan, schedule, and implement service changes
✔ Identify risks and proactively upgrade services
✔ Maintain database reporting as needed
✔ Troubleshoot network issues and analyze logs
✔ Prepare service requests and liaise with vendors/service providers
🛠 What You Bring
🎓 Education:
✔ Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (2-year program)
✔ Equivalencies Considered:
- 1-year certificate + 1 year of relevant experience
- Industry-recognized certifications (CCNA, F5 BIG-IP) in place of a certificate
🧠 Knowledge & Skills
✅ Understanding of network systems (Load balancing, DNS services)
✅ Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP/HTTPS
✅ Knowledge of ITIL processes
✅ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
✅ Effective communication and teamwork skills
✅ Willingness to travel (up to 25-50%)
