πŸš€ About the Role

As a Network Analyst Junior, you’ll be a part of the Technical Services Unit, supporting IMT services and projects while collaborating with a team of analysts. You will deliver technical solutions using IT Incident, Problem, Change, Project, Service, and Capacity Management principles.

πŸ”§ Key Responsibilities

βœ” Provide IT development, maintenance, and support services
βœ” Recommend enhancements to IT services/products
βœ” Interpret and translate reporting requirements into actionable insights
βœ” Update and develop IT systems and programs
βœ” Plan, schedule, and implement service changes
βœ” Identify risks and proactively upgrade services
βœ” Maintain database reporting as needed
βœ” Troubleshoot network issues and analyze logs
βœ” Prepare service requests and liaise with vendors/service providers


πŸ›  What You Bring

πŸŽ“ Education:
βœ” Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (2-year program)
βœ” Equivalencies Considered:

  • 1-year certificate + 1 year of relevant experience
  • Industry-recognized certifications (CCNA, F5 BIG-IP) in place of a certificate

🧠 Knowledge & Skills

βœ… Understanding of network systems (Load balancing, DNS services)
βœ… Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP/HTTPS
βœ… Knowledge of ITIL processes
βœ… Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
βœ… Effective communication and teamwork skills
βœ… Willingness to travel (up to 25-50%)
